Numerous research has explored that human motivations affect learning outcomes significantly. The main aim of the was to explore classroom undergraduate students from Faculty Administrative Science and Policy Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA through lens Alderfer theory motivation. In particular, objective study determine how theory, existence, relatedness, growth influence students’ adopted a correlational cross-sectional approach. A total 424 5 academic programs Studies participated in online survey. questionnaire consisted sections with 24 items on Alderfer’s three components Existence, Relatedness Growth. study’s findings show Affective Growth dimensions scored moderate high mean scores ranging 3.5 above. correlation analysis shows strong significant relationship between existence r =.711, p=.000. While weak positive relatedness r=.307, p=.000 r= .150, p=.002. implication indicates most level Hence, sustain motivation students, continuous psychological, materials support together training teaching pedagogy are vital ensure their success.
